What's the hiring process?
CV Screening
After we receive enough applicants we will select the best fit CV's to take our Test.
Tests
We do 1 online test consisting on 5 topics for the soft and hard skills that we are looking for. This helps us to screen the candidates considering not only their CV but what they can do in real life.
Interview
We will select the top 6 to 8 candidates from the test results for the final interview and then decide for our perfect match!
Hiring
You will receive a hire invitation with a formal proposal and should you accept you are welcomed to the family! We are hoping the whole process takes 1 month or less.
